•Hired as a consultant in 2009 to increase attendance and rebrand Infieldfest image. 2009 attendance - 77,850 ; 2017 attendance 140,000+
•Vendor Coordination – load in, load out; credentials; logistics of tables, tents, chairs, electric; event layout maximizing space and crowd flow. Coordinate over 200 vendors
•Band Booking – booking of national & regional bands to best target desired festival demo and maximize budget. All talent relations – green room, meet & greet, etc.
•Sponsorship Fulfillment – execution of sponsor elements at festival
•Communication – liaison between all vendors/sponsors and affected departments e.g. parking, security, ticketing, marketing, etc

•Logistics – event was held at Ravens Training Complex. We had 6 days to build and 36 hours to tear down due to training schedule. Scheduling and timing were critical as every vendor depended on the schedule of the vendor prior in order to complete work.

•Solely responsible for all aspects of this festival - security, bands, camping, ticketing, sponsorship, logistics, merchandise, cleanup, etc. As an owner/operator, I understand the importance of every dollar and decision.

•Camping Coordinator – manage reservations and payments for over 250 camping sites. Increased reservations from 17 in 2010 to 260 (SOLD OUT) 2015 - 2018
